Unmasking, Reclaiming, Thriving

Support for Autism & ADHD

 Autism
For autistic individuals, therapy can be a space to unmask, exhale, and reconnect with your authentic self. The effort involved in masking—adjusting your language, communication, or emotional responses to fit into a neurotypical world—can be exhausting and isolating.

In our work together, we’ll unpack these experiences and build tools that support regulation, connection, and self-understanding. We’ll explore how sensory strategies, focused interests, and predictable routines can enhance well-being—not limit it. Therapy is also a space to celebrate strengths, honor neurodivergent ways of being, and create a life that aligns with your values, needs, and aspirations.

You don’t need to perform here. You get to be here.

ADHD
Therapy for ADHD focuses on harnessing the brilliance of a nonlinear mind—while building systems to support the daily tasks that often feel overwhelming. ADHD can bring paradoxical experiences: the ability to hyperfocus and think creatively, paired with distractibility, restlessness, or a tendency toward underachievement despite great potential.

Together, we’ll explore strategies that go beyond willpower: adjusting environments, creating supportive routines, and finding ways to care for your brain as it is. We’ll focus on reducing shame, building momentum, and clarifying what success looks like for you—not by neurotypical standards, but by your own.

Therapy can be a space to move from self-criticism to self-trust—and to reclaim the energy, creativity, and focus that’s already yours.
